Dr. Goldstein recently appeared on Fox 31's local morning news show, "Good Day Colorado" to discuss the new MemoryGelT breast implants we have used at our practice since January 2007.

These implants, manufactured by Mentor Corporation, differ from traditional silicone implants because of their cohesive gel nature. During the interview, Dr. Goldstein demonstrated the "gummy bear" consistency by cutting a sample implant in half. True to form, the implant retained its shape.

Dr. Goldstein says that in the 20 months he has been using the new implants, the majority of his patients have chosen this option. He believes that the MemoryGelT implants feel lighter and look more natural than traditional silicone or saline implants, and that this is why the shift has occurred.
